Initial R&D

At this time Phil Marcus in concert with M. Shane David and their consultants are doing preliminary research and due diligence. As investment funds come in, The Titan Entertainment Group Inc. will contract spokesperson, legal, architectural and engineering consultants. Experts working with the group are in good standing with the city and have strong relationships with city administrators. Expert consultants within the group are investigating and procuring more in-depth information, maximizing the feasibility and successful implementation of the project.

Our initial R&D demonstrates low investment requirements, positive return on investment, sound location fitting with present strategies, feasibility of development and pre-planning indicate a very ripe market, relatively low risk, short time to see intended results. Our R&D department will require additional resources in the future. These will include people and capital expenditures to speed up development process, and build more efficiently.
